Canada Home Elevator Inc. has a full time position open for an Elevator Mechanic Trainee.  We are looking for an energetic, punctual candidate who is eager to learn new skills in a rewarding career within the residential elevator industry.  You will work out of our North Vancouver office as well as job sites spanning the entire Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island as well as Okanagan region.

What we're looking for:

​

• Minimum high school certificate

• Good mechanical and/or electrical skills

• Ability to read layout drawings and electrical schematics

• Minimum Class 5 BC driver license with clean driving record.  You will need to provide your own vehicle and drive to job sites.

• Eagerness to learn and complete additional training on an ongoing basis

• Chinese-speaking would be an asset​

Your starting salary is $22.00/hr. After a 3-month probation period, your salary may be adjusted based according to your performance.​
